What is the Art Box Experience?
Art Box Experience is a multifunctional immersive space where, at the intersection of art and science, unique multisensory spectacles are created – exhibitions, performances, concerts, as well as memorable events. We provide experiences of extraordinary encounters, exchanges of ideas, and a world of new sensations.
How can I get to Art Box Experience?
Art Box Experience is located in the Norblin Factory in Warsaw’s Wola district. The complex is situated between Łucka, Żelazna and Prosta streets, as well as on the line between the M2 Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego underground stations. This guarantees excellent access.
By public transport
The Norblin 05 stop is served by lines 109 and 178, as well as night lines N45 and N95.
The Norblin 06 stop is served by line 157.
The following buses run to the Rondo ONZ underground station: 109, 160, 174, N12, N13, N14, N16, N21, N44, N46, N62, N63, N64, N71, N95, as well as trams: 17, 33, 10 and 41.
The following trams run to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station: 1, 9, 11, 14, 22, 24, 25
By bicycle

By car
Guests can use the underground car park at Fabryka Norblina, which has almost 500 spaces. The entrance is located on Prosta Street. To use the car park, it is worth downloading the app.
What are the opening hours of Art Box Experience?
Art. Box Experience is open during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Are tickets for the Art Box Experience sold for a specific time?
Yes, tickets to the Art Box Experience are sold for specific times to avoid excessive crowding.

Can I come to the exhibition at a different time than the one on the ticket?
You can visit the Art Box Experience at a different time than the one indicated on your ticket. However, please note that visitors with tickets for the current time slot will have priority access to the exhibition. Our reception team will inform you about availability.
Do I need to bring printed tickets with me?
At Art Box Experience, we accept both printed and electronic tickets. Out of concern for the environment, we do not recommend printing tickets. At the ticket office, you must present a valid ticket in any form so that the QR code or barcode can be scanned.
I selected a specific time for my visit to Art Box Experience, but the system changed my ticket to a different time – what can I do?
To change or restore the selected time on your ticket, please contact Ticketmaster. If you wish to contact the operator regarding an order you have already placed, please use the Help button in the order information by logging into My Account. Instructions on how to do this can be found by clicking on the How to contact us link in the My Account tab.
I have chosen a specific day to visit Art Box Experience, but I cannot make it on that day. Is it possible to come on another day with the same ticket?
Purchased tickets are valid for a specific day and time and entitle you to enter the event at the selected time.
Any changes to the time or date of your visit to the exhibition must be made directly on the Ticketmaster.pl platform. There is a registration form on the operator’s main page. If you wish to contact the operator regarding an order you have already placed, use the Help button in the order information by logging into My Account. Instructions on how to do this can be found by clicking on the How to contact us link in the My Account tab.
Can individual tickets for the exhibition be booked at Art Box Experience?
At Art Box Experience, we do not make individual ticket reservations. Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster at https://www.ticketmaster.pl/ and on site at the Art Box Experience box office.

Yes, exhibitions at Art Box Experience are tailored to audiences of all ages – children, teenagers and adults.
Can private or corporate events be organised at Art Box Experience?
Yes, at Art Box Experience we offer the possibility of organising corporate events, VIP meetings, or renting the entire venue. Contact us to prepare an individual offer: event@artboxexperience.com
What are the ticket prices for individual customers at Art Box Experience?
‘Good Culture Day’ promotion – Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.: 40 PLN
Standard ticket – weekdays: PLN 65, weekends: PLN 75
Concession ticket (children, students) – weekdays: PLN 55, weekends: PLN 65
Ticket for seniors and people with disabilities: weekdays: £45, weekends: £55
Family ticket (2 adults + 3 children) – weekdays: £170, weekends: £190
Children under 5 years of age: admission free
Tickets can be purchased at Ticketmaster.pl or directly at the Art Box Experience ticket office on site.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for the Art Box Experience exhibition in advance?
For individuals, advance purchase of a ticket to Art Box Experience is not necessary, but recommended. Organised groups are kindly requested to contact us in advance to book a date.
How long does it take to visit the exhibition at Art Box Experience?
A visit to Art Box Experience usually lasts around 45–60 minutes, but you can stay longer – there is no time limit for visiting the space.
Can I take photographs at Art Box Experience?
Yes! We encourage you to take photos at Art Box Experience and share them on social media – tag us @artboxexperience.
Are the exhibitions at Art Box Experience accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, the Art Box Experience space is fully adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities.
What are the ticket prices for schools and organised groups at Art Box Experience?
Below are ticket prices for schools and other groups at Art Box Experience:
Tickets for schools and students of the University of the Third Age: PLN 35 per person. Group supervisors: free admission. Optional additional fee for a Polish-speaking guide – PLN 200 for the entire group.
Tickets for adult groups: PLN 50 per person. Group supervisors – free admission. Optional additional fee for a Polish-speaking guide – PLN 200 for the entire group.
Is there a café and souvenir shop at Art Box Experience?
Yes, in our café at Art Box Experience, you can relax with an aromatic coffee and a delicious dessert. In our shop, you will find high-quality gadgets related to the venue and the theme of the shows. There will be no shortage of your favourite souvenirs.
How to book a group tour at Art Box Experience?
Group tickets can be booked by contacting the Art Box Experience Education Department (e-mail: edukacja@artboxexperience.com, tel: +48 728 946 168, +48 698 556 073). When booking, please provide the name of the group, the estimated number of people, contact details of the person responsible for the group, and information on whether you wish to visit individually or with a guide.
What is the difference between individual sightseeing and guided sightseeing?
The difference between individual and guided tours at Art Box Experience lies in the form of the activities and the level of interaction.
Individual tour: The group visits the exhibition on their own, without a guide (e.g. school lessons), but the exhibition contains educational content (e.g. captions, multimedia) that can be explored independently.
Guided tour (with an educator): The group takes part in an organised lesson/guided tour led by an educator. The activities are interactive – the guide talks, asks questions and engages the group.
If you want a full educational experience, we recommend a tour with an educator.

What is an immersive exhibition?
An immersive exhibition is a modern form of presentation that engages all the senses and allows the viewer to become completely immersed in the story being told. At Art Box Experience, we use advanced technologies – 360° projections, surround sound, lighting effects, and sometimes even scents – to create unique, multisensory experiences. It is a form that combines education, emotions, and entertainment, making each exhibition an unforgettable adventure.
Are the exhibitions at Art Box Experience available in English?
Yes, all exhibitions at Art Box Experience are also available in English. Captions, descriptions and accompanying materials are prepared in two language versions – Polish and English – so that both Polish-speaking visitors and foreign guests can fully understand and experience the presented content.
Where is the Art Box Experience located?
Art Box Experience is located in the heart of Warsaw, on the premises of the Norblin Factory at 51/53 Żelazna Street. It is a unique cultural space located on level +2 of the Plater building complex.
