Promotion terms and conditions “Holidays with Art Box”

§1
General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the rules of the “Holidays with ART BOX” campaign (the “Campaign”) organised by Art Box Experience Gallery S.A. in Warsaw (the “Organiser”, the “Company”).
  2. The Campaign is valid from 17 January 2026 to 1 February 2026.
  3. The Campaign is addressed to children under 18 (eighteen) years of age (the “Participants”) present on the Organiser’s gallery premises together with their guardians.
  4. The Organiser of the Campaign is Art Box Gallery Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Żelazna 51/53, 00-841 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS no.: 0000858691, NIP: 5213903496, REGON: 386704839, share capital: PLN 121,000.00 (fully paid up), e-mail: info@artboxexperience.com, operating the Art Box Experience gallery (the “Gallery”).
  5. The Organiser runs the exhibition “Romantic Chopin” (hereinafter the “Exhibition”) at the Gallery, which is covered by the “Holidays with ART BOX” promotion referred to in these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
  7. Any expressions used in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend or change the Campaign conditions at any time without stating a reason, in particular in the event of circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, including force majeure, technical failures or administrative decisions. Such changes do not require justification.

§2
Participation Conditions

  1. The Promotion may be used by minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age who attend the Exhibition at the Art Box Experience Gallery operated by the Organiser together with one adult guardian holding a valid admission ticket for the Exhibition. Such ticket must include information specifying the title, date and time of the Exhibition and entitles the holder to a single admission to the Exhibition on the date and at the time expressly indicated on it (the “Ticket”). The Ticket may be purchased at the Gallery box office or via an online service enabling the purchase of Tickets for a specific Exhibition through the Internet, available on the website of the ticket sales operator selected by the Organiser.
  2. Each child must be supervised by at least one adult guardian who purchased a full-price admission Ticket for the Exhibition.
  3. The child’s age will be verified by Art Box Experience Gallery staff on the basis of a valid identity document (e.g. school ID, passport, identity card).
  4. The Campaign is valid only on the days and during the opening hours of Art Box Experience when the Exhibition is available to the public, and is subject to availability.
  5. In the event of overcrowding or other situations or threats, a Gallery employee has the right to refuse entry to a Participant for safety reasons.
  6. By taking part in the Campaign, the Participant and the guardian accept the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  7. The Organiser is not liable for incorrect data presented by guardians or Participants, in particular data relating to the child’s age or entitlement to admission under the Campaign.

§3
Rules for Using the Campaign

  1. The Campaign applies only to individual tickets. It does not apply to organised groups, school trips or other group visits.
  2. One adult guardian may supervise a maximum of two children—Participants—using the Campaign.
  3. A free ticket for a Participant may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
  4. Free admission for a Participant applies only if the adult guardian simultaneously purchases a ticket. Tickets must be purchased at the Art Box Experience Gallery box office or on the Organiser’s website.
  5. In order to use the Campaign, all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions must be met cumulatively.
  6. Inability to admit a Participant to the Gallery premises, including due to force majeure, overcrowding, administrative decisions or other organisational or technical reasons, does not constitute grounds for a complaint regarding the Ticket purchased by the Participant’s guardian.
  7. Guardians are responsible for supervising the children—Participants—throughout their entire stay at the Art Box Experience Gallery.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Exhibition programme or to temporarily close Exhibitions without prior notice in the event that maintenance, failures, reorganisation or other justified operational needs arise.

§4
Exclusions and Limitations

  1. The Campaign may not be combined with other campaigns, promotions, discounts or special offers available at the Art Box Experience Gallery.
  2. The Campaign does not cover the purchase of tickets for special events, workshops, special screenings or other additional services offered by the Art Box Experience Gallery.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse to grant a Participant free admission in the event of a breach by the guardian or the Participant of these Terms and Conditions or the rules in force at the Gallery, as well as in the event of behaviour posing a threat to safety or public order.

§ 5
Final Provisions

  1. Complaints regarding the Campaign should be submitted by e-mail to: info@artboxexperience.com.
  2. A complaint should include:
    • the Participant’s/guardian’s details together with a service address or e-mail address,
    • a description of the subject of the complaint.
  3. The Company will respond to the complaint in writing to the service address indicated or via e-mail no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. In the case of a complaint submitted by a Participant who is a Consumer, if the Company does not respond within the above period, the complaint shall be deemed accepted.
  4. In the event of non-performance or improper performance by the Company of obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions, the Company is obliged to remedy the damage suffered by the Participant, unless the non-performance or improper performance results from circumstances for which the Company is not liable.
  5. The Company hereby informs that a Participant who is a Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims.
  6. Detailed information on the possibility for a Participant who is a Consumer to use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims and the rules of access to such procedures are available at the offices and websites of district (municipal) consumer ombudsmen, social organisations (whose statutory tasks include consumer protection), Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection, and on the following websites of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK):

  7. The use of out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims is voluntary for the Company or the Participant. This information does not constitute an obligation of the Company to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods.
  8. In matters not regulated herein, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 1964, No. 16, item 93 as amended), the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827 as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204 as amended).
  9. Any disputes arising or that may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the Polish common court having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered office.
  10. The rules and regulations of the Art Box Experience Gallery premises apply within the Gallery, and each Campaign Participant and their guardian accept them by taking part in the Campaign.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right to introduce changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Organiser’s website.
  12. The Organiser is not liable for any losses, damages, injuries or other inconveniences arising in connection with participation in the Campaign, except for cases of damage caused solely by the Organiser’s gross negligence.
