Since the establishment of Art Box Experience, he has served as vice-president of the board for three years. Today, he is responsible for strategic partnerships at exhibitions. He is a cultural manager and expert in the transformation of cultural institutions, the development of offerings for the public, and education. He is the current chairman of the supervisory board of Art Box Experience. From 2011 to 2018, he was responsible for the development of the National Museum in Warsaw, and then from 2019 to 2021 he served as deputy director of the Museum of Warsaw.
