Terms and Conditions of the “Good Morning, Culture!” Promotion

§1
Definitions



Terms used in these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Company Rules and Regulations, in particular:

  1. Company Rules and Regulations – the Rules and Regulations of Art Box Gallery S.A. available at: https://artboxexperience.com/regulamin/
  2. Promotion Terms and Conditions – this document, setting out in detail the rules for conducting the promotion called “Good Morning, Culture!”
  3. Promotion – a sales promotion organised by the Company, under which, during a designated period and on specified days of the week and at specified hours, Tickets (excluding Tickets for School Organised Groups) are offered at a special reduced price compared to the prices set out in the Price List. The Promotion is governed by these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Company Rules and Regulations.
  4. Company – the organiser of the Promotion, i.e. Art Box Gallery S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-841), ul. Żelazna 51/53, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000858691, NIP: 5213903496, REGON: 386704839.
  5. Ticket – a document entitling the holder to participate in a specific Exhibition or Event.
  6. Box Office – the stationary ticket sales point in the Gallery.
  7. Service – an online service enabling the purchase of Tickets, available, inter alia, via the operators Ticketmaster, Going, eBilet.
  8. School Organised Group – an Organised Group consisting of at least 10 pupils of kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools, together with their chaperones.
  9. Family Ticket – a document confirming the conclusion of an agreement with the Company and entitling its holders—two adults and three children (over 5 years of age)—to participate in a specific Exhibition or Event. The Ticket contains information specifying the title, date and time of the Exhibition, Event or thematic workshop.

§2
General Provisions

  1. These Promotion Terms and Conditions set out the rules for conducting the promotion called “Good Morning, Culture!” (hereinafter: the “Promotion”).
  2. The Promotion is conducted in the Gallery, located in the Fabryka Norblina building at ul. Żelazna 51/53 in Warsaw, operated by Art Box Gallery Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the “Gallery”).
  3. These Promotion Terms and Conditions constitute a supplement to, and an integral part of, the Company Rules and Regulations in force in the Gallery.

§3
Promotion Period and Conditions

  1. The Promotion is valid from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026.
  2. The Promotion is valid only from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
  3. The Promotion applies to Tickets purchased:
    • at the Box Office in the Gallery,
    • via the Ticketmaster, Going, eBilet Services.
  4. Tickets purchased under the Promotion entitle the holder to a single admission to the Exhibition on the date and at the time indicated on the Ticket.

§4
Promotion Rules

  1. Under the Promotion, all Tickets – excluding Tickets for School Organised Groups and Family Tickets – are available at the promotional price of PLN 40.
  2. The promotional price applies to all types of Tickets – excluding Tickets for School Organised Groups and Family Tickets – provided that the purchase is made during the Promotion period and within the Promotion hours.
  3. Tickets purchased under the Promotion are not subject to further discounts and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or coupons.

§ 5
Promotion Limitations

  1. The Promotion does not apply to the purchase of Tickets by School Organised Groups or to Family Tickets.
  2. Tickets for School Organised Groups and Family Tickets must be purchased in accordance with the rules set out in the Company Rules and Regulations and are not covered by this Promotion.
  3. The Promotion applies only to Tickets for the following exhibitions organised in the Gallery:
    • Romantic Chopin.

§ 6

Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the Promotion should be submitted in accordance with the rules set out in the Company Rules and Regulations, in particular by e-mail to: info@artboxexperience.com.
  2. Complaints will be considered within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.

§7
Final Provisions

  1. The content of these Promotion Terms and Conditions is available at the Gallery Box Office and on the Company’s website: www.artboxexperience.com.
  2. The Company reserves the right to amend these Promotion Terms and Conditions or to end the Promotion earlier without stating a reason. Amendments to the Promotion Terms and Conditions do not affect the rights of persons who purchased Tickets during the period when the previous version of the Promotion Terms and Conditions was in force. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Company Rules and Regulations and generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
